When you order the item (s) in our e-shop, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Once you confirm your purchase and our administration confirms your order, you will no longer be able to make any changes to your order, so please make sure everything is filled in correctly before confirming your purchase.
We reserve the right not to fulfill the order for the following reasons:
The balance of the goods is insufficient;
We did not receive payment for the ordered goods;
If we find errors, these are: prices, names, and other information;
The information you have entered is misleading or inaccurate.
If there are any problems or inaccuracies with your order, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. You can return the ordered product within 14 working days and get back all the money paid, except for shipping costs. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer, unless you have purchased defective goods, in which case you can return them free of charge.
We deliver the goods using the post offices of our partners Omniva and LP Express. Items will be shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation.
When purchasing goods for less than 100 EUR, the delivery price in the territory of Lithuania is 3.00 EUR, regardless of the size of the goods (except for the Curonian Spit).

We can send the goods to the Baltic countries via DPD / Omniva or by post, to other European countries by post or DPD, after agreeing the shipping costs with the buyer.
